Appliance repair · Austin, Texas

We diagnose your washer, dryer or fridge on site, out loud, before we quotethe repair.

A flat call-out gets a technician to your door with the tools and the common parts already in the van. He opens the panel, names the fault in front of you, and gives you a number before anything gets ordered. No hourly clock running while he decides what to tell you.

Serving washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, ovens and small appliances across Austin, Texas. Same-brand parts when the manufacturer stocks them.

How the call-out actually runs

A washer that won't drain is usually the pump or a sock stuck in the sump, not a reason to buy new. That is the kind of fault a road technician can name inside twenty minutes of opening the panel, because he has seen the same three or four washer and dryer families in most Austin households often enough to know where to look first. The visit starts with the flat call-out fee. It covers the diagnostic — opening the unit, testing the part that's suspect, and telling you in plain terms what's wrong and roughly what fixing it will cost.

If the job needs a part that isn't already on the van, that part gets quoted separately before anyone orders it. You're not committed to the repair by booking the diagnostic, and you're not billed by the hour while a technician works out what he thinks you want to hear. Appliance repair in Austin gets a bad name from exactly that pattern — a shop that stalls on parts, or a tech who won't commit to a number until he's already billed two hours. That's the failure this shop is built to avoid.

On the van
Belts, pumps, thermal fuses, door seals, igniters and control boards for the washer and dryer families that make up most Austin households, plus the common range and dishwasher parts.
If it isn't worth fixing
A fifteen-year-old washer with a cracked tub gets told to you plainly, at the diagnostic step, not billed hourly until you give up and buy new.
Gas appliances
The gas supply gets shut before anyone touches a gas range. That step doesn't get skipped for a faster job.

How the visit runs, in order

Four steps, the same way every time. No step gets reordered to fit a sales target.

  1. Call or send the form

Tell us the appliance, the brand if you know it, and what it's doing — or not doing. A dispatcher schedules the call-out, usually within the same week.

One dispatcher runs the schedule so call-outs don't collide with each other.
  2. Flat call-out diagnostic

A technician opens the unit at your kitchen, garage or laundry room, and says out loud what he finds. This is the same number whether the fault takes five minutes or forty-five to find.

Diagnostic fee for appliance repair is fixed before the visit, not after.
  3. Parts quote, if the job needs one

Anything not already stocked on the van gets priced and confirmed with you before it's ordered. If it's on the van, it usually goes in the same visit.

Same-brand parts when the manufacturer stocks them, OEM-equivalent when they don't.
  4. Repair, or an honest write-off

If the machine is worth fixing, the work happens on the spot or on a scheduled return. If the repair costs more than the appliance is worth, that gets said before the panel comes off, not after.

No replacing a repairable unit just to hit a sales number.

Workshop bench or kitchen floor

Most calls stay on-site. A washer, dryer, range or refrigerator is heavy enough that moving it costs more time than fixing it where it stands, and the fault is usually mechanical — a belt, a pump, a switch — something a technician can reach with a case of tools and decent light.

Stays on-site

Washers, dryers, ranges, ovens, dishwashers and most refrigerator faults get diagnosed and, where possible, repaired in place. That covers most Austin appliance repair calls this shop takes.

Comes into the shop

Microwaves, garbage disposals, window units and any job where the fault needs a clean bench and better light than a kitchen floor gives you get a bench diagnostic instead — waived if you go ahead with the quoted repair.

Sealed refrigeration work only happens with certified refrigerant handling. A generic seal never goes on a sealed compressor system — that's a comeback waiting to happen, and it isn't how this shop works.

Said plainly

What we won't do

  • Skip the gas shutoff

The gas supply gets shut before a technician touches a gas range or oven. That step doesn't get skipped to save five minutes on a busy day.

  • Put a generic seal on a sealed system

Same-brand parts when the manufacturer stocks them, OEM-equivalent when they don't. Never a generic seal on a sealed compressor circuit — it fails again in a season and costs you a second visit.

  • Replace a repairable unit to hit a number

If the repair costs more than the machine is worth, that gets said before the panel opens. This shop doesn't push a new-unit sale to pad a ticket.

  • Bill by the hour before naming the fault

Diagnosis happens first and out loud, for one flat call-out. You get a number before the wrench comes out, not after two hours on a running clock.

Tell us the appliance, the brand or model if you have it, and what it's doing. A dispatcher confirms the call-out window with you directly — sending this form does not reserve a time slot on its own.
